JK relay team declarations can now be made on-line at Fabian4 . This is the first time this functionality has been used for a JK. On-line declarations can be made until 23:00 on 19th March. They will then close to allow us time for final preparations ahead of the event. It will save time at the event inputting team details if some, or all, of your team declarations are able to be made on-line.

Team declarations not made in advance by 19 March can be made at Enquiries on Days 2 and 3 (not on Day 1 and not at the Event Centre at any time). All teams must be declared by 16:00 on Day 3.

Changes to teams declared in advance, or on Days 2 and 3, can be made at Enquiries and also on the day at Eridge from 9:00 to 10:00. Forms for such changes will be available at Enquiries.
